Been using Triton Tools now in the UK for well over 5yrs. The T20 Combination Hammer Drill punches well above its weight and can easily work as long and as hard against the other high end tool makes; like the Pani's, the Mill's and Maki's on site. All at a fraction of the cost. Powerful, long lasting, balanced yet robust cordless; All with the constant built-in Triton precision. You'd be an absolute fool not to put Triton in your Tool-kit.

Another combi drill purchased based on the relyliability of the others owned. The power the durability and i have to say the competative price of the triton tools i own are second to none. My small company uses only triton as they have from my angle proved there worth over and over.

After about 2 months I realized I had a defective battery. The retailer ( Rockler ) were very accommodating and replaced the battery. About 5 months after I bought the tool set the drill developed a nasty internal gear noise. Word from England was that I was S.O.L. Because I hadn't registered the tool within 30 days. I could at my own expense ship it to Europe where it would be assessed, and pay to have it fixed and returned. Who would go through that foolishness? Then Rockler ( who also interpreted my warranty to be for 3years ) put me in touch with Debbie Long at Toolstream in North Carolina. These folks have been hired as the U. S. service reps, and they immediately settled my problem. Unfortunately the replacement gun I was sent also developed a problem after a few weeks when it refused to work in reverse. I don't know why it developed the problem but it did start to work properly a day or so later ( and I can assure you I know how to change directions, if it was somehow stuck in neutral between gears it was not driver error ). I have kept the tool and it has worked properly over the last several weeks. The tools themselves work well when they work.

This unit can be summed up with very few words. Tough. Powerful. Very well built. I have used it for the jobs I would use a corded drill for with the same ease and results. In my eyes its a very strong competitor to the usual leading brands and I actually prefer it over them especially when it comes to price and guarantee. Excellent piece of kit that has now been added to my growing triton tool collection.

Operates as a drill should. Feels good in the hand and has good battery life. I have both a 2.0 and 4.0 battery, the 4.0 gets fairly heavy in the hands and the 2.0 is perfect.

Although I have thus far not had an opportunity to use the hammer drill setting, this drill is great to use in "Combi"nation with my Triton T20DD 20V Drill/Driver. I use the Combi for drilling holes and the Drill/Driver for driving screws; so much time saved not having to swap out bits/drives. The great sale price made this possible.

Drill has good power and 4.0ah battery last a good while under constant use, only problem I've had is the Chuck comes loose during heavy drilling which can be a pain to keep tightening, otherwise it's up to the job

This drill is a a powerful item which is surprisingly small. I am comparing it to the original Plunge drill I bought about 7 years ago. I like the 4Ah batteries and the soft case. I like the higher speeds and the 1kg lighter weight and the fact you do not need to switch the LED off after work. I like the new smart charger. All good so far but I really do miss the attachments the plunge drill came with. The fence, the depth stop and the little tool case that fitted under the battery so I have kept that one too!

Hello, Bought mine T20 Combi Hammer Drill 20V more than half a year ago. According to seen advertisements it is not a professional tool but it definitely feels like one. Pros: Powerful Awesome handle grip Long long lasting battery Durable case Price Cons: LED work light - its not helping. You cant see your working area because of the shadow from the chuck. LED diode placed too high No holder for screw bits Starting rotation speed should be lower or more sensitive button could be installed Overall I am very happy with my purchase. 4.5/5*

Having looked at most of the leading brand names I chose this one for its performance and comfort and appearance. It has the power and force to do most medium sized jobs.There are separate gears for driving down screws, for drilling holes, and a selector that locks the hammer action in for drilling holes in masonary.The 2 rechargeable batteries are 4.0Ah 20V Li-ion and charge in about 1 hour.There is also a handy LED work light .The drill,battery charger and batteries come in a soft black holder and with the manufacturers warranty that you have to register online. Customer Services at Amazon Marketplace with a Third Party Shop were great as always with value for money and express delivery. It has the best life expectancy I could find in the current range of cordless combi hammer drills.T20CH

The drill felt different from other drills iv had before , very robust with plenty of torque do deliver quick result. instant stop start very powerful drill almost felt I was using a mains drill. Recommend if you want to spend a little more for a combi drill then buy this Triton T2OCH you will notice the difference in performance and quality .
