The Triton Precision Power Tools Guarantee

All Triton Precision Power Tools undergo exhaustive tests and inspections before manufacture to ensure the tools are of the highest quality. However, for complete piece of mind please register your tool within 30 days to take advantage of our extended 12 month guarantee.

Within 30 days of purchase
If your product has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return it to your supplying retailer with your proof of purchase and they will resolve the problem with our support.

Products over 30 days from purchase
Registering your product within 30 days of purchase extends your guarantee for up to 12 Months. If your Triton product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, Triton guarantees to repair or replace all defective parts free of charge, or at our discretion replace the unit free of charge. If your product develops a fault after 30 days a Service Request form must be submitted. Proof of purchase and your guarantee certificate must be produced.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, bulbs, batteries etc.
  • Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
  • Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
  • Change or modification of the product in any way.
  • Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Triton genuine components.
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Triton Tools or its authorised repair agents.

Conditions of Service and/or Repair
The cost of carriage (to and from the Service Agent) shall be paid by you, the customer. All products should be in a suitably clean and safe state for repair, and should be packaged carefully to prevent damage or injury during transportation. We may reject unsuitable or unsafe deliveries. The repair or replacement of the product will not extend, or renew the period of guarantee. The Triton Guarantee applies to all products purchased and used within the EU and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers.

Expired guarantee or product in need repair?
If you require maintenance or service for your Triton tool and it falls outside the guarantee period or conditions, this can be undertaken by skilled technicians at our approved Triton repair agent.
