Huge capacity and easy-to-read calibration scales allow operator to cut large sheets, including full size 2400 x 1200mm. Table can be locked in position for conventional ripping of wide workpieces. Sliding table for panel saw use. The patented rip fence design allows fence settings at all angles. Incorporates work hold-down clamps.
First saw is a triton compact to which I adapted the eta300 table on the right hand side good kit and accurate once the home made brackets were set in position. I have joined a second compact saw in line using brackets made to go through the leg storage holes to keep it all tied together. Drop in beds fill the gaps. Just recently I have added a second eta300 to the left hand side as a lot of my hobby consists of dealing with 1200x2400 sheats of ply also 3 to 6 meter timber as it allows me to work alone. The eta 300 are good kit once the time is taken to set up to index with blade to fence markings very accurate. All is easy to dismantle for storage max
Had the extension table now for a few years, use it most weeks and it continues to work great exactly as described. Build quality as always with Triton is top notch.
Great productPaul - 23/10/2018
The ETA300 is a sturdy bit of kit. However, the packaging is not good. The heavy steel rails managed to scratch the aluminium extrusions and scales of the sliding table. I had to send the 1st one back. The 2nd was a bit better but it seems that the brackets on the inner track can scratch the aluminium components. Once I'd set it up I found that it was impossible to get the 500mm setting right at step 15. Effectively I couldn't move the inner track close enough to the table. This is a manufacturing tolerance issue. There may be a work-around but I shall be attempting to contact Triton for help. Unfortunately the support arrangements are currently not consistent with the type of 'enthusiast' product this is. Try finding a UK contact telephone number. You won't!
