I've had this drill for a year and a half now. I love the thing, great torque and incredibly long battery life. There's nothing it can't do. When a batter failed for some reason, Triton stood up and replaced it. I'll be buying more Triton tools in the future.

I bought this a couple of years ago for a shop driver. At 20 volts, this has met my needs for a reliable, powerful tool. I had forgotten how much cordless tools have progressed since they came on the market until I managed to snap the chuck attachment screw doing work I would never previously have attempted. Stellar customer service and a warranty replacement have earned my loyalty.

So far it works. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered it was a half-inch drive. The trigger doesn't work as smoothly as my old Makita but that's just a small complaint. Seems to have plenty of power.

I am most impressed with the power and battery charge duration. While I am not a commercial user, just a homeowner, I was using this drill to make large holes with a holesaw and drive screws, for 1 1/2 hours without losing power or speed. I almost think the second battery is unnecessary.

In the remodel business since the early 80s, so I've used most every drill out there and this is one is my favorite. Has half inch chuck. Multi speed (variable) Unstoppable torque Very comfortable 4 amp Batteries seem to last for ever.
