The overall design looks good and sturdy. However, can't do a full review because the screws that hold the cross members were missing. I went in and drilled the vertical support with some GRK RSS screws then went to install the wood rack part and realized there were no screws. Also because all the metal pieces was shipped with out any foam between the metal pieces some of the metal bars and caps got damaged in shipping. Also tried to reach out to support about this and never heard back. So a simple wood rack they manage to screw up. I am not sure how their other products are as this was my first.

Great product, easy to install and does its job exceedingly well. Holds a large amount of timber, keeping the shop very tidy. Able to access just the right piece of timber I require without having to rummage through a jumble of timber. Highly recommend this product.

Well made storage system however the shelf supports do not lay flat as shown in all of the pictures. It still works as intended and presumably the angle is designed to keep items from sliding forward. I tried reversing the installation but to no avail. Something to keep in mind in your advertising and instructional pictures and text. Thanks for the opportunity to comment
