I can't rave enough about how easy the TritonT20ID Impact Driver works. It seems effortless to drive long 3 ½ or 4 inch lag screws into fencing posts. And, I also can't rave enough about Triton's customer service. I had an initial "stall" with my impact driver. I registered my Triton product and, no questions asked they sent me a replacement within a week. They were very easy to understand the nature of the problem and had an obvious desire to help me. Very good experience all the way around. In these days of neglectful customer service AFTER a sale, it was refreshing to experience such thoughtful and polite people in customer service. Triton tools rock!

I got in contact with Triton tools and explained my problem with the battery and was quite pleased with their helpfullness. I had been using my T20 Impact Driver about 9 months when it just stopped working. Up to the ninth month of ownership I had used the impact driver without any problems, and thought the T20 was a very good tool. Then with no warning it just stopped working. Contacted the place of purchase, and they told me to contact the Triton tool importer customer service. I did just that and they were very quick in sending me instructions on how to return my T20 impact driver. Once they had my non working driver, and checked it out they sent me a new replacement driver. It took about a week from the time I sent out the non working driver until I had the replacement in hand. So customer service at Toolstream is very good, and is what it should be. However, I am still a bit concerned about the quality of Triton power tools. While I was on the web sight of the place where I purchased the driver to contact their customer service dept. I took a few minutes to read the tool reviews for the Tritron T20 impact driver. In doing so I discovered I was not the only person who had a T20 impact driver that just stopped working. In fact there had been several others who had also experienced difficulties with their T20 impact drivers. This fact tends to make me wonder about just how good the quality of Triton Power Tools are. Will my replacement T20 quit working in a few months as the original did? I guess time will tell. However, if it does I will be checking out a different brand.

Fantastic battery life and drives 6 inch screws into timber effortlessly. My only minor complaint is the weight but if you want a powerful battery its a small price to pay,

Bought this driver to lay a deck. Checked all available models & this was one of the most highly rated & an absolute bargain through Amazon. It was a bonus having the 2nd battery provided but I found that I didn't need it - this completed the whole deck project (200+ screws without piloting) on 1 charge! Incredibly powerful & easy to use. The tool bag included is a nice touch. This is my 1st Triton tool but it definately won't be the last! Highly recommended.

I needed an impact driver, to help in my work as a satellite engineer. The Triton T20 is ideal, compact fairly lightweight, and powerful enough for undoing stubborn bolts and screws. as well as tightening new fastenings. Only used a few times now, but very impressed with the quality and robustness. comes with two batteries and a very neat useful tool bag.

Very nice machine to work with. But also a few minors: -left/right button not smoothly -had problems with battery (good service) -after 6 months the was defect, didnt turn around anymore, only 1mm a time i pressed the trigger. (Now away for restore/replace) To bad the broke down, because it is a nice machine to work with.

I've been using this to drive 3.5" lag bolts into dense wood for the last few weeks and it performs flawlessly, but it's not just the power that impresses it's also easy to finesse for more delicate work, like driving self tapping fasteners for us in pocket hole joinery. Also, the large 20v battery is a huge plus when working outside all day; a big improvement over the 12v version.

ch habe die Firma Triton nur durch Youtube videos und deren Vertreter (April Wilkinson) bisher gekannt, daher war ich etwas "verunsichert", da niemand in meinem Bekanntenkreis auch nur die Marke gekannt hat. Die Bedenken waren vollkommen unberechtigt! Der Schlagschrauber ist äußerst sauber verarbeitet liegt gut in der Hand und ist sehr handlich. Das Gewicht kann ich leider schwer beurteilen, weil ich noch keinen anderen Schlagschrauber bisher besessen habe, aber dadurch dass das ganze Innenleben angeblich aus Metall gefertigt ist, geht das in Ordnung. Es wirkt äußerst solide. Im Lieferumfang waren (entgegen der tabellarischen Beschreibung von Amazon) 2x4Ah Batterien und ein Ladegerät dabei. Durch diese Batterien hat der Schrauber auch ein unglaubliches Durchhaltevermögen. Ich habe es bisher noch nicht geschafft in einem Tag eine Batterie zu entleeren ;) Nun zum wichtigsten: Der Performance bzw Kraft: Super! Mehr braucht man wirklich nicht sagen. Ich konnte damit sogar meine Radmuttern aufschrauben (zugegebenermaßen Alu-Räder, daher nur mit 110-120nm angezogen), aber dennoch eine Leistung für so ein kompaktes Gerät. Daher: Klare Kaufempfehlung. Werde wahrscheinlich auch selber immer wieder mal ein Auge auf die Produktpalette von Triton werfen. Kleiner Disclaimer: Ich habe den Schlagschrauber sehr billig (160€) hier auf Amazon entdeckt, wäre mir nicht sicher, ob ich wirklich die vollen 250€+ die oft verlangt werden zahlen würde, vorallem da es in dieser Preisklasse bereits Kombinations Sets von Makita gibt. Dennoch ein super Gerät!

Cela faisait quelque temps que je voulais faire l'acquisition d'une visseuse à chocs. La visseuse à chocs est en train de se démocratiser dans les ateliers des bricoleurs que nous sommes. Ce sont des machines puissantes mais pas que ! En effet, pour moi elles peuvent remplacer facilement une visseuse classique. Le couple de la visseuse à choc TRITON est de 160 NM, c'est purement énorme ! Elle ne peut pas vous mettre en défaut sur vos chantiers. En plus, elle est fournie avec des batteries de 4AH (2 pièces), autant dire que la panne n'est pas prête d'arriver.
