I replaced an old Bosch DIY jigsaw with this, and it's like day & night. The Triton tool is powerful enough to easily rip the 6x2 I was working with, with enough precision to get the job done. It feels sturdy and the grip layout makes it easy to handle in all orientations. Impressed.

I wanted a new body grip jigsaw of professional quality & looked at Bosch & Makita. I decided to take a chance on this one as it was the only one in stock, I'm glad I did. It is extremely well made & a pleasure to use, I particularly like the soft start & the blade ejection system, saves burning your fingers on a hot blade. The best compliment I can give it is to say this was my first Triton Tool but it won't be my last.

I wanted a body grip jigsaw of professional quality & was going to buy either Makita or Bosch but I couldn't find anyone with stock. I saw this jigsaw & decided to take a chance, I'm so glad I did. Not only was it about £40 cheaper than either of the above brands but it is exceptionally well made & it operates superbly. I have used it to cut Chipboard flooring, softwood & even polystyrene sheets with a special blade. It has performed perfectly in all cases, I particularly like the slow start, this was a great help when cutting the polystyrene. This my first purchase of a Triton tool but I don't think it will be my last. If your in the market for a new jigsaw I can 100% recommend this one.

Mooi, robuust apparaat, werkt tot nu toe perfect. Doet in mijn ogen niet onder voor een Bosch blauw. Verwacht hier vele jaren plezier van te hebben.Zeer scherpe prijs. Bij vervanging van mijn andere machines zal ik zeker Tritpn tools overwegen.

I don't use a jigsaw very often, but when I needed to use one my old model fell apart. I decided to replace it with a quality tool. This model is fairly new consequently I could find no user reviews online. I decided to take a chance on Triton's good reputation (Particularly at Crimson Guitars). I was not disappointed, this is a beast of a tool very well built and sturdy. My only difficulty was in choosing the correct speed and pendulum settings for the task I had (due to my inexperience I hasten to add). This tool is very controllable once you get used to the grip, I had no trouble cutting straight lines freehand. Blade changes are easy. I look forward to trying it out on different materials in the future, but for now unfortunately, I have had little chance to use it, therefore I can't speak to the saw's reliability, but I can see nothing flimsy about it.
