Leistungsstarker 1200-W-Motor für schnellen Materialabtrag mit stufenloser Drehzahlregelung. Frontrolle mit kleinem Durchmesser zum Schleifen in engen Bereichen und für Detailarbeiten. Bandlaufregelung für präzise Schleifbandausrichtung. Seitlicher Staubabsaugstutzen zum Anschluss eines Staubfangbeutels oder Staubabsaugsystems. Stationärhalterungen, Staubfangbeutel und drei Schleifbänder (80er-, 100er- und 180er-Körnung) im Lieferumfang enthalten. Gewicht: 5,15 kg.

The sanding frame is no longer viable on new TA1200 BS sanders. There are no mounting holes on one side. Workarounds to tap the threads as seen elsewhere is no longer a solution.

A powerful well engineered belt sander that makes wood sanding easy and sanded wood surface grain standout. Note I ordered the TBSIS Sanding Frame Attachment which controls the sanding depth.

Triton TA1200BD Belt Sander John Wydner - 21.07.2019

This Triton Sanding Frame is an excellent replacement for my "ELU Belt Sanding Frame" Triton has taken the " Sanding Frame "ELU & added improvements - like the easy adjustments. This frame is easy to use and levels the surface of large boards and long lengths of timber as it holds the sander at an even level height above the work piece and alleviates the tendency of causing the dips and sideways uneven sanding caused by to much pressure on the front or rear handles of the Triton sander. Using this Sanding Frame produces excellent smooth surfaces on all types of timber and if used correctly your belt sander can replace a disc sander for those large flat boards, halving the sanding time. A great addition to my Triton Sander and an invaluable tool in my workshop.
