What is covered

  • The repair of the product, once verified to the satisfaction of Triton Tools that the defect is due to faulty materials or workmanship. If any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Triton Tools may provide a functional replacement.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, bulbs, batteries etc.
  • Accidental damage and faults caused by improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, and careless operation or handling of the product.
  • Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
  • Change or modification of the product in any way.
  • Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not genuine Triton components.

Making a claim

Returning an item couldn’t be simpler...

If you purchased from tritontools.com:

If you change your mind, or if your product develops a fault, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding the original delivery charge).

Items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

If you purchased from a retailer:

If your product is unsuitable, no longer required, or develops a fault within 30 days, please return it to the retailer with your receipt. They will handle your return according to their own policy.

If your product develops a fault after 30 days

If your product develops a fault after 30 days a guarantee claim must be submitted. You can do that here.

Once submitted, our support team will contact you.

When submitting a claim, you’ll need to provide:
· Your original sales receipt
· Details of the fault
· Product serial number which can be found on the rating label
· Your registration confirmation email
· Your name and address

All repair work will be carried out by Triton Tools or approved repair agents. Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the guarantee period. Replaced parts become the property of Triton Tools.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

When submitting a guarantee claim, your original receipt indicating the place and date of purchase, precise details of the fault requiring correction, your email confirming your registration, and your name and address must be submitted to validate the claim.

All products should be in a suitably clean and safe state for repair, and should be packaged carefully to prevent damage or injury during transportation. We may reject unsuitable or unsafe deliveries and we do not refund shipping costs.

We use FedEx for our shipment – however, if your order includes the TWX7, it will be delivered by Palletforce.

DELIVERY

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders over £100 and £5 for orders under £100.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to the United Kingdom. Please note: we currently do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

What if I don’t have my receipt or proof of purchase?

A guarantee claim will only be available on Triton products where a valid proof of purchase is provided. We may accept, at our discretion, a credit card statement which can be verified by the place of purchase. If no proof of purchase is available, charges may apply.

FAULTY ITEMS, SPARES & REPAIRS

My item is faulty or damaged – what should I do?

- If purchased from a retailer within the last 30 days, return the item to them along with your receipt.

· If purchased from our website within the last 30 days, contact [email protected].

· If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago, please submit a guarantee claim and we’ll get in touch. This applies to orders placed on tritontools.com and products purchased from our resellers. If you are an international customer, please contact your local distributor – you can find yours under the international distributor tab within the support section.

Where can I have repairs carried out on my product if the product is outside its guarantee period?

I have purchased a Triton product and there are parts missing - who should I contact?

If there are parts missing, please return the item to the retailer where you made the purchase, or contact [email protected] if you purchased from the Triton Tools website.
