Triton Tools has been developing professional woodworking tools for makers, woodworkers, hobbyists and trades
since 1976. Triton Tools is a brand owned by Timbecon Global Pty Ltd, part of the Timbecon Group of Companies,
and is proudly distributed to woodworkers globally.

2. Placing an Order
The tritontools.com website is not currently open to accepting orders.
Please refer to our Support Page and select the International Distributors tab to contact your local distributor,
who can assist with connecting you to a local retailer.
If you are located in the United Kingdom and previously placed an order through the Triton website, that order
was placed with the former owner of Triton Tools, Toolstream. If you require after-sales support, please email
support@tritontools.com.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include applicable local sales tax unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery Information
Triton Tools does not currently support direct-to-consumer sales.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to change your mind and submit a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
If the item is faulty or the wrong product was supplied, we will cover the cost of your return.
If you have changed your mind, you will need to pay the return postage.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Product Details
We work hard to make sure all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
- Product details may change if we improve or update a product.
We strive to keep our information up to date, but if you notice anything that appears incorrect, please contact
us at support@tritontools.com.
7. Warranty
Triton Tools products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. Register your product online after purchase to
activate your three-year guarantee. Full guarantee and claim details are available on the Support Page of our website.
8. Using Our Website
You are welcome to browse and use the site, but you must not:
- Break any laws or encourage others to do so, including fraud, selling counterfeit goods or breaching intellectual property rights.
- Upload or share anything harmful, offensive or misleading.
- Attempt to access restricted parts of the website, including administration sections or other users’ accounts.
- Tamper with or damage the website, server or connected systems in any way, including hacking, phishing or introducing viruses.
- Copy, reuse or distribute content from our site, including images, descriptions or logos, without our prior permission.
