How can I find my nearest Triton stockist?

What is the Triton guarantee?

Every Triton product is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of purchase against a fault developing in either the materials or the workmanship during manufacture. To activate the extended 3 year warranty, you must register your product online at www.tritontools.com. Any faulty goods shall be repaired or replaced free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

Do I need to register my Product?

In order to extend your guarantee you must register your product online by visiting our Product Registration page.

How do I find my product number?

Your product will have a numerical product number on the packaging and within the instruction manual. This is an alphanumeric code – e.g. TA1200BS.

What should I do if my Triton product develops a fault?

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, you can return it to the place of purchase within 30 days. If your product has developed a fault after 30 days of purchase and you have registered it online, please contact our Triton Approved Service Agent.

What if I don’t have a receipt or proof of purchase?

A guarantee claim will only be available on Triton products where a valid proof of purchase is provided. We may accept, at our discretion, a credit card statement which can be verified by the place of purchase. If no proof of purchase is available charges may apply.

Where can I get repairs done on my product if the product is outside its guarantee period?

Most Triton tools which are outside the guarantee period can be repaired by our own technicians. For a free online quotation service please contact our Triton Approved Service Agent.

I have purchased a Triton product and there are parts missing, who should I contact?

If you have parts missing please return the item to the store where you made the purchase.

Where can I obtain spare parts for my product?

You may order spare parts for your Triton product through our approved spare part dealer – www.toolsparesonline.com

Where can I download a manual for my product?

You can download instruction manuals from the product page of the website.

Can I buy direct?
